TANA Netting’s product testing laboratory achieves ISO 17025 accreditation19 May 2016
TANA Netting is proud to announce that its product testing laboratory has achieved ISO 17025, a rigorous international standard for calibration and testing laboratories.
TANA Netting’s laboratory is located at its advanced manufacturing facility H. Sheikh Noor-ud-Din & Sons in Lahore, Pakistan. It is responsible for ensuring that all materials used for DawaPlus® 2.0 meet technical requirements, and that the completed long lasting insecticidal nets comply with published specifications.
ISO 17025 is the single most important standard for calibration and testing laboratories around the world. Laboratories that are accredited to this international standard have shown that they are technically competent and able to produce precise and accurate test and calibration data. It is the highest level of quality attainable by a testing laboratory.
TANA Netting already holds ISO9001 accreditation for its quality management system, ISO14001 for environmental management and SA8000 for social accountability. The achievement of ISO 17025 demonstrates to customers that a commitment to quality and continuous improvement are present at every step of the production process.
