NRS Relief revamps website, introduces new interactive features
Our subsidiary, NRS Relief, has just launched its newly revamped website to further enhance its users’ browsing experience. Applying today’s new interactive web features and innovations, NRS Relief gave its website a fresh makeover, from the homepage all the way through to the inner pages.
New dynamic homepage
NRS Relief’s new homepage has been overhauled into a long-scroll, multi-block portal that showcases key areas of its relief operations. Highlights include:
- an easy-to-use product section giving quick access to all the information on its key disaster relief supplies, through intuitive category buttons;
- animated tickers highlighting its manufacturing strength;
- an easily digestible presentation of the latest news and blogs;
- a fascinating snapshot of its latest innovations; and
- an integrated presentation of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) agenda.
Easy-to-access key product information
The most crucial part of the revamp has been within the product pages. At present, these intuitively display all product-related information in one navigation. Classified into four main product categories – Core Relief Items, Family Tents, Multi-purpose Tents, and Mobile Storage Units – every product page gives you access to all relevant product information on one page. Now multiple resources can be downloaded from one place, including technical specifications sheets, assembly manuals and catalogues. You can also view related photo and video galleries.
Live chat box for real-time inquiries
To enhance its customer service, NRS Relief has installed a live chat box to enable real-time visitor inquiries. You won’t be able to miss the chat box – it pops up from the lower right hand corner of your screen. You’ll get an instant reply during office hours, and if they are closed you can leave an offline message – they will get back to you within 24 hours.
The new suggested resources feature gives you a wealth of information on each page. It displays additional web resources that may interest you further, such as related pages, news, blogs, videos or photos. Other enhancements, including social media plugins, are in progress and will be going live soon.
